Who We Are
CDL Rehabilitation Center is a multidisciplinary outpatient medical center focused on the evaluation and management of pain, neurological symptoms, musculoskeletal conditions, and injury-related functional limitations. Our model brings together medical evaluation, interventional care, diagnostic services, regenerative medicine, chiropractic and musculoskeletal care, and rehabilitation-based treatment within a coordinated clinical environment.
Rather than applying the same treatment pathway to every patient, care is individualized according to the patient’s history, clinical examination, diagnostic findings, functional needs, and treatment goals. When multiple disciplines are involved, care may be coordinated to support continuity, communication, and appropriate clinical decision-making.

Our Servicies
CDL Rehabilitation Center provides coordinated medical and rehabilitative care across multiple disciplines. Depending on each patient’s clinical needs, care may include interventional pain medicine, neurological evaluation, regenerative medicine, chiropractic and musculoskeletal care, diagnostic services, and rehabilitation-based treatment. Services are selected according to clinical evaluation and the scope of the treating professional.

Clinical research is a distinct activity from routine patient care. Participation in any research study is voluntary, subject to eligibility criteria, informed consent, and the requirements of the applicable research protocol.
